Grooming
At Misfits pet spa, we specialize in grooming pets with behavioral challenges. Our team is trained to handle dogs and cats that may be anxious or aggressive, ensuring a safe and calming experience for every pet.
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, A late fee of $10.00 may be applied to the appointment & or you may have to reschedule.
If you no show, Your next appt will require the full amount upfront plus a $25.00 no show fee. Future no shows will result in client termination.
All Packages require a $25.00 Deposit
Deposits are non refundable.
They are transferable if you have to reschedule.
We do not allow client dogs to be loose with each other.
Our facility is not kennel free for the safety of your pet.

Boarding
Dogs must have the required vaccinations before they are allowed to board with us. These are the required vaccinations:DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordetella (Must also be flea free). Negative fecal and up to date heartworm test. H3N2 Canine Influenza is recommended, but not required.
We follow our vets protocol, vaccines can be up to 3 years old or under. We will allow you to sign a waiver if your pet cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons by your vet.
Drop off is between 9:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m
Pick up before 1:00 p.m to avoid 1/2 day charge.
Unless on the grooming schedule.
Our environment is a home setting on 9.5 acres.
When your pet stays here they get to explore the trails we have and go on frequent walks and receive play time.
Our goal is to keep your pet happy, healthy and safe. We Don’t allow client dogs to interact with other client dogs. We will not allow 2 pets in the same kennel.
We strive to keep your pets under the best care.
Pricing varies by number of dogs & behavior.
Reactive dogs are required a meet & greet 2 weeks prior to boarding, we prefer a Month.

We do not visit dog parks for outings or provide full day care. Our services are tailored to your individual dog to keep them exercised and stimulated. All dogs will have secured leashes, collars, and or Harnesses while on walks. They also will be wearing a Gps tracker while out with us, provided by us.
